Welcome to Pax Imperius: SWTOR!
Please be patient while we finish remodeling the place! In an effort to give each of our guilds more control over their own site/forums while still remaining a part of the tight knit network we have worked out a new combination e107 CMS/SMF forum network. The framework is in place and everything is running smoothly now it's time to pretty it up.

Announcing the Core Chapters!
Alright guys, we decided to go ahead and just open up the core Chapters of Pax Imperius. Unlike the structure of old, where you choose a Chapter and stick with it, *everyone* is automatically a member of *every* Chapter.

This is because everyone can participate in some aspect of each of the 3 (4 if we count space) core areas of gameplay in TOR. Our Chapters are divided up into game mechanic features and are more for leadership and organization purposes than anything. Of course, in typical Pax fashion, each Chapter will have back story. As you may be seeing with the Sub-Chapters, we're trying our best to make each "new" Chapter backstory have a similar feel to the "old" Chapters while still making them unique to this time period.

You likely won't see much going on in the Core Chapter areas until closer to launch or beta, but feel free to post relevant topics in them and get some Pax Lore going!

And without further delay:

Blood Revenants
The PVE Chapter of Pax Imperius.

Dark Legion
The PVP Chapter of Pax Imperius.

Knights of the Shadow
The Raiding Chapter of Pax Imperius.

Path of Rage
The Pax Imperius Navy.

Sub Chapters Come to Pax Imperius: TOR!
I would like to announce the opening of the first two Pax Imperius: TOR Sub-Chapters. You old timers will remember the original Pax Imperius had 7 chapters, 7 guilds in one. It was a concept that Sang had at the very beginning to give a place for every type of player in the guilds. We wanted to have the same feel that we had from those original Chapters, but with our own twist. First and foremost, unlike the original SWG Chapters which were the structure of the guild in function and rank, etc. the sub-chapters of Pax Imperius have absolutely no bearing on the actual ranks of the guild.

The sub-chapters are meant as a place for you to RP your place within Pax Imperius. Each sub-chapter (and it's components) has it's own ranking structure independent of the guild itself. However, the chain of command of each sub-chapter will ultimately end at the Praetura, even for RP purposes. Another unique aspect of the new chapters is that you can be a member of more than one, potentially. Also, all chapters are open for viewing by everyone (though some may not be open for posting by non-members).

We do have more chapters coming, eventually, but these chapters are focused around game mechanics. While the sub-chapters *aren't* focused on game mechanics, per say, we hope that the stories, RP, and characters developed around thier structure will lead to some inspiriation when it does come to game mechanics. I can see the Pathfinders and Hounds teaming up with members of the Order of the Dark Acolytes to unleash PVP hell upon the Republic. At the same time I can see PII and the Cult of the Sith'ari doing thier own thing in the PVE/RP arena.

Our goal in these sub-chapters and chapters is to have a sort of overlap between everything; have everything be able to feed off of one another to provide a better gameplay (and pre-game) experience for all of our members.

Welcome to Pax Imperius: SWTOR
Welcome to the new Pax Imperius: TOR site! If you are a new member of Pax Gaming or a potential recruit please go to the Nexus site and register for the Pax Gaming Network there. Once registered you will have the ability to log in to any Pax Gaming site or forum.

All current members of Pax Imperius: TOR must go to the Nexus site to reset their passwords before they can log in, however, once that is done you will have access to log in to all forums. TOR membergroups *shouldn't have been affected. However, there may be an issue with those of you that had a different Nexus and TOR username that shared an email address, if that is so, please contact me so we can consolidate the two accounts into one.

ALL LOGGING IN MUST BE DONE THROUGH THE NEW e107 CMS. LOGGING IN THROUGH SMF WILL *NOT* WORK. WE HAVE A SOLUTION THAT WILL KEEP PEOPLE FROM TRYING TO DO SO, BUT IT WILL TAKE A DAY OR SO TO IMPLEMENT.

If there are any issues or concerns, please feel free to contact me.

Thanks!

Rawn
